General Information

Volume pricing – for blocks of license packs sold to the same licensee, the following tiered discount is applicable:

Purchase of 1-3 license packs: no discount.
Purchase of 4-6 license packs: 10% discount.
Purchase of 7-9 license packs: 15% discount.
Purchase of 10 or more license packs: 20% discount.

A PDFreactor CPU License is valid for installation and usage on only 1 (one) physical or virtual machine or isolated software container in 1 (one) JVM instance. A single license pack allows 4 concurrent conversions. Additional CPU License packs must be obtained to use the Software on multiple physical or virtual machines or isolated software containers or JVM instances or if you require more than 4 concurrent conversions for optimal throughput.

The PDFreactor retail license is perpetual and includes support & maintenance for the first year. The renewal of the support & maintenance subscription for year two and beyond is optional and available at the regular price (see above), but only as part of a continuous or uninterrupted extension.

RealObjects reserves all rights to change the pricing and licensing terms for its products and services at any time. These price lists supersede all other price lists issued or published prior to the indicated dates. All prices are in EUR (€) and USD ($) and are excluded Value Added Tax (VAT). Customers within the European Union (EU) have to provide a valid European VAT Identification Number. We do not directly sell to EU customers without a valid VAT ID. The Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) of all RealObjects software products is: EAR99.

The PDFreactor Software License Agreement is applicable.

Educational Institutions, such as schools, colleges, universities etc., will receive a thirty percent (30%) discount.

Additional license packs for the CPU Licenses (up to 4 CPU cores*) can be bought at the same price as shown above.

OEMs that wish to include and ship RealObjects PDFreactor with their products and services require an individual licensing agreement. Please contact us for details.

  • Online purchases will be managed by our online reseller cleverbridge, a global provider of commerce, billing and payment solutions. You will receive an invoice from cleverbridge Inc., Chicago, IL.
